So I weighed in and I am at 93.4 kilograms to be exact which is about 205 pounds. I will say this.. when I started at this gym back in Mid to Late September – maybe even Early October I was 99.6 kilograms, which is around 218 pounds. I don’t work out as much as I should, and I did fall off the healthy eating train for a little bit. That being said, I still managed to lose 13 pounds! I’m not doing anything crazy either. I walk a little bit each day – I live in South Korea and don’t have a car so I’m taking the subway and bus everywhere. I bet if I hadn’t skipped a good 2 or 3 weeks at the gym I would be down more than 20 pounds right now.
All I do at the gym is Zumba class, hit the treadmill for about 25 minutes and I do just a bit of weight training. The weight training is just to keep my metabolism working for a while. I eat rice daily, but I also eat a lot more fermented foods and I think that also made a big difference. From here I am going to try my best to get to the gym 3 times per week or more, rather than just going once or twice per week. Today there were ladies who asked me if I would do their Zumba class every day. I don’t teach the class, they just enjoy having me in their class. Anyway, I will keep you all posted on my progress as I progress. I’ll check in once per week up until December 20th.
